Can I order a different size or colour from what is advertised?
Yes. Our mirrors can be customised according to your preferred size and colour. Pricing will differ depending on the dimensions, materials and detailing required.
Can I request my own mirror design?
Yes. We welcome requests to add to or simplify our existing designs, provided the finished piece remains within the Jo.Sa Interiors aesthetic. Custom-design pricing will differ.
Can you deliver outside Johannesburg?
Yes. We courier nationwide across South Africa to your nearest PostNet. Doorstep delivery can also be requested. Delivery pricing will differ according to the destination and service selected.
How long does a custom mirror take to create?
The turnaround time depends on the mirror’s size, design and level of handcrafted detailing. We will confirm the estimated completion time when preparing your quotation.
What information should I provide for a custom quotation?
Please provide your preferred mirror size, shape, colours and design direction, together with your delivery location. You may also send inspiration images or photographs of the intended space.
Can you help me choose the right mirror for my space?
Yes. Send us a photograph of the space together with the approximate wall measurements, and we can help you select a suitable mirror size, shape and design direction.
